Organize Your Drive

• Plan your fundraising activity well in advance.
• Keep a folder of all your materials for the fundraiser.
• Keep a record of your customers for repeat business next year.

Sales and Marketing

• Develop creative ways to motivate people.
• Be sure to utillize all forms of communication available, newsletters, bulletin boards, email,etc.

Placing Your Order

• Make the deadline for the end of your sale in advance of our deadline to give time for straggling orders.

Distribution

• Set up a phone tree or email list to easily get the word out when your evergreens are delivered.
