Turn In Your Final Order

Wow, at this point, you are almost done!  Now you need to take the step to turn in your wreaths and evergreens Final Order to Sherwood Forest Farms.  You've collected all the orders and money, kept track of your customer information and that has prepared you for compiling your Final Order for your Christmas wreath fundraiser.  If you are ordering cases, you will want to tally your individual orders for wreaths, cedar garlands, holiday centerpieces and other fresh evergreens.  You will add up orders for each item and then order each item by the case (because all items come in full case amounts only).  Most of our evergreens come 10 per case, but a few items are different.  You can see how each item is packed per case on the price list or on each individual product page here on the website.

If you have orders for an evergreen item that do not come to a full case, you have a couple options.  If you are close to ordering a full case, keep track of the one or two items you might have as extras.  Many nonprofit organizations find that they can approach their members and ask if they know of someone who is still hoping to order one of your wreaths and evergreens.  You can do this before your order arrives, and have your extras sold right away!  Some nonprofit organizations also find that when distributing the fresh wreaths and evergreens that their customers will say they wish they had ordered a centerpiece for their neighbor or a cedar garland for their sister.  And extra fresh evergreens get snapped up right away!  If you have only one item ordered out of an entire case, you could still try and sell the extras, or you could approach the customer with the possibility of ordering something from a fuller case or a Direct Delivery item instead.  When you are preparing your Final Order, you will have the opportunity to make some decisions based on your best judgement.  And of course, if you have questions, or need assistance, you can always call our customer service team for assistance!

You'll also need to compile your orders for the Direct Delivery items.  No need to worry about case amounts here!  Each fresh wreath and evergreen item is packaged individually and sent directly to the recipient.  You only need to make sure that each item ordered has an address to send it to, and then turn in those addresses to Sherwood Forest Farms when you turn in your Final Order.  You can mail your white address label sheets to our office or you can enter each address on our website.  If you enter them on the website, you'll receive $0.35 off for each address entered!

Once you have everything tallied and compiled, you have a few different methods of turning in your order available to you.  You can place your Final Order online through our website, fax your Final Order form to us or mail it to us (be sure to keep a copy for yourself!).  You can enter the Direct Delivery item addresses on the website, or you can mail them to us (keep a copy for yourself of these too!).  As always, if you need any assistance when doing these things, you can always call on us for help!
