Step Ten: Wrap Up Your Wreath Fundraiser

The time has come to finish your wreath fundraiser!  You may want to perform your holiday fundraiser wrap up in a few small steps.  In advance of your nonprofit organization's deadline, send out a reminder to your sellers that they have a couple days left to sell.  You could do this by email for a school fundraiser, sports team fundraiser or a service group fundraiser.  You could do this at a weekly meeting for a scout fundraiser.  Whatever works for your nonprofit organization, it's nice for your sellers to get a reminder that their time for the holiday fundraiser is just about up.  If you would like to, you can also remind your sellers of the deadline on the day of, and this is most easily done by email.  You may very well be hit with straggling orders, so be sure that your nonprofit organization's deadline gives you a few days cushion to absorb those orders and also organize your Final Order before the Sherwood Forest Farms Final Order deadline.

At this time, you will be receiving a lot of incoming information from all of your sellers.  If you have not already set up the following, make sure you have; a folder dedicated to the evergreens fundraiser in your email account, a physical folder or binder for collecting all the orders and corralling your paper, and a sturdy manila or similar type envelope or zipper pouch for holding the money that is collected for your fresh wreaths and evergreens orders.

Collect all the orders and paperwork, all the money for the orders and you've wrapped up your Christmas wreath fundraiser. Now you can start organizing your Final Order and customer information!
