Receive and Distribute Your Wreaths and Evergreens

Your delivery of fresh wreaths and evergreens has arrived!  Now is the time to employ help from your volunteers.  Some nonprofit organizations use a phone tree to be in touch with their volunteers and members quickly.  Double-check your cases against your Final Order and open each box to be sure to let your fresh wreaths and evergreens receive air circulation.  To help you, all items are already packaged in a plastic bag within each case.  You don't have to bag them yourself or buy bags! That means each wreath and evergreen is ready to hand off to your customer.  Some nonprofit organizations pass out their evergreens according to seller and then the seller delivers the wreaths and evergreens to the customer.  This works well for scout fundraisers, sports team fundraisers or school fundraisers.  Other nonprofit organizations distribute directly to the customers.  This works really well for church fundraisers, when often the evergreens are distributed on Sunday after church services.

Whether you are handing the holiday evergreens directly to your customers or to your sellers, be sure to have a list of who purchased what to double-check as items are passed out.

Of course, any Direct Delivery gift items ordered through your holiday fundraiser are delivered directly to the customer, so the distribution is already handled for those items!
