Keep Track of Customer Orders and Information

While you are organizing all your wreaths and evergreens orders to prepare your Final Order for your Christmas wreath fundraiser, be sure to keep track of your customer information.  This makes it easy to contact any of your customers should you have a question about their order.  If you are having cases delivered to your nonprofit organization, it will also ease the distribution process when your fresh wreaths and evergreens arrive.  Very importantly though, it makes it easy to be in touch with your customers next year to see if they would like to order fresh wreaths or evergreens again! 

 

When you keep track of this information, marketing your wreath fundraiser in subsequent years will become very easy.  And we all know that anything you can do to help your wreath fundraising efforts become more streamlined is a wonderful thing.  You will also find that your customers will be so pleased with the wreath fundraiser that they will want to order again in the future.  Making it easy for them by having at your fingertips what they might have ordered before or how to be in touch with them is a boon. 

 

Saving customer information is a great benefit to your evergreens fundraiser now and in the future!
