Final Step: Pay Invoice and Calculate Profits

This is the very last step, which means you are done with your holiday fundraiser!  You've held your wreath fundraiser sale, collected the orders, placed your Final Order, delivery and distribution of wreaths and evergreens has happened, and now you've successfully raised funds for you nonprofit organization!  This last step is an easy one, especially if you've remembered to collect the money at the time of sale for the fresh wreaths and evergreens.  All the funds received from the orders should be in one place and waiting for the invoice to arrive from Sherwood Forest Farms.  Once it does, just mail one check from your group for the invoice amount or call our office and pay with Visa or MasterCard and you're done! 

 

Also, it's easy to figure out the profits made from your holiday fundraiser because our pricing structure is so simple.  Your nonprofit organization decided the prices you charged over and above our cost to you.  So whatever is left over after you pay your invoice is your profit!  Very exciting!
