Sherwood Forest Farms keeps holiday fundraising simple and straightforward for you and your nonprofit organization. Our framework provides an easy way to run your wreath fundraiser, and you can enhance as needed to fit your nonprofit group.
There are two options for utilizing our holiday fundraiser; Complete Program or Direct Delivery Program. Basic step by step instructions for both are below.
• With the Complete Program, your group sells the Case Items (Group Delivery Items) and the Gift Items (Delivered directly to the recipient). There is a 10 case minimum and the cases go to your group to distribute to your customers. Any amount of Gift Items can be ordered when a case order is placed. Case Items are always sold in full case amounts, and products cannot be mixed within the case. Any orders for less than 10 cases incurs a $40 surcharge and cases are still sold in full case amounts.
• With the Direct Delivery Program, your group sells the Gift Items. There is a 10 item minimum. All the Gift Items are sold one at a time, packaged and shipped individually directly to the recipient. Your nonprofit group does not handle the evergreens and Christmas wreaths.
Complete Program

Review the website and request an information packet.
2. Sign up
Sign up for the wreath fundraising program by filling out a Program Sign Up Form or call our office (1-800-767-7778) to sign up over the phone.
3. Sales materials
Sales materials will arrive the beginning of September, in time for you to plan and run your wreath fundraiser.
4. Place your Final Order
Place your Final Order by the deadline that corresponds with your delivery preference. We do not ship to the warm southern climates for the before Thanksgiving delivery time frame.
* Before Thanksgiving Final Order deadline is October 27th, 2011
* Before Thanksgiving Delivery is November 15th – 23rd, 2011
* After Thanksgiving Final Order deadline is November 2nd, 2011
* After Thanksgiving Delivery is November 28th –December 5th , 2011
5. Receive your evergreens
Receive your wreaths and evergreens during your delivery time frame. Your invoice will arrive shortly thereafter and payment is due within 30 days.
Direct Delivery Program Only

All wreaths and evergreens will arrive directly to recipients within the First Two Weeks after Thanksgiving. Your invoice will arrive shortly thereafter and payment is due within 30 days.
